Check to see that all switches and
controls stop at their limits unless they
are intended to rotate continuously.
Check the glass covers of all meters and
are not cracked or loose.
Check for condensed moisture on the
inside of glass meter covers. This is an
indication of inadequate sealing of the
equipment, inadequate ventilation, or both.
Check to see that glass meter covers
discolored. Wipe off any grease, oil,
moisture, or other foreign matter that may
have accumulated on the outer
surface of the glass.
Check to see that all meter function
switches are in their specified positions
before turning on power. (After rf

indicating needles are intact and straight
